Answer

The ceremony on Saturday, September 12 will start at 3:00p, so we recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes early to get settled and find your seat. 婚禮儀式將於 2026 年 9 月 12 日（星期六）下午 3:00 準時開始， 建議賓客提前 15–30 分鐘 抵達，以便入座並安頓。

We have a room block at D. Hotel Suites & Spa—so if you’d like to stay there, be sure to book early! If that fills up, we’ll share some great overflow options nearby. Stay tuned for more details! You can find the room block booking link under the “Travel” section. Please note, the deadline for room block reservations is July 11, 2026. 我們已於 D. Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes! There will be ample parking. Since everything is happening at the same location once you park you can rest easy through the end of the night.

Is there a shuttle to the wedding? | 接駁車資訊

Answer

Yes! If you’re staying at D Hotel Suites & Spa, a shuttle will be available to take guests to and from the venue. Guests must sign up for a shuttle time at the Front Desk the morning of the wedding by providing their name and room number. The shuttle will run every 30 minutes continuously to the venue before the ceremony. Return trips will begin one hour before the reception ends and will continue until all guests are back at the hotel. 是的！入住 D. Hotel Suites & Spa 的賓客可搭乘接駁車往返婚禮會場。 婚禮當天上午，請至飯店櫃檯登記接駁車時段，並提供姓名與房號。 接駁車將於典禮開始前，每 30 分鐘 持續往返飯店與會場。 回程接駁將於宴會結束前 1 小時 開始，並持續服務，直到所有賓客安全返回飯店。

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Think dressy but not too formal—men in suits or dress shirts with slacks, and women in cocktail dresses or chic jumpsuits. Basically, wear something that makes you feel fabulous and ready to dance the night away!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, don’t worry—we have a backup plan, and everything will move indoors. Either way, it’ll be beautiful, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

September in Holyoke can go either way—warm during the day and cooler at night (think mid-70s during the day, low 50s at night). We’re hoping for that perfect in-between weather, but definitely check the forecast as we get closer! If it’s hot, dress to stay cool for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. If it cools down, a light jacket or shawl might be nice.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love kids, and we’d be so happy to have them celebrate with us. Your RSVP card will list everyone in your party who’s invited, so just keep an eye out for that. If you have any questions, let us know!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We’re not! We’re very lucky to already have a home together and most of what we need. If you’d like to give a gift, we’ve set up a Newlywed Fund to help us start this next chapter together—no pressure at all, though! Your presence truly means the world to us.
