When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly after 3 PM so plan to arrive & find your seat by that time

Can I bring a date/friend/plus 1?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests other than those listed when RSVP'ing. We would be happy to celebrate with your friends & family another time though!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will be hosting select beer & wine until it runs out! Other drinks are available for purchase.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is an event center parking lot behind the Crow River Winery tasting room. Cars can be left here overnight as long as they are retrieved by 10 AM the next morning.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no transportation being provided. There is not much for public transportation in Hutchinson, and Ubers are hard to come by. That being said, please plan ahead for a safe ride home. We want everyone to celebrate with us, but also to make it home safely. If you find yourself unable to drive and without a ride, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will find you that safe ride home!
