I am driving, Where should I park?

Answer

There is street parking available surrounding the Tinsmith as well as a City of Madison Parking Garage on the corner of Main Street and S Livingston Street. The average rate is $1.20 cents per hour with a max of $8.00, and overnight parking is available. Handicap spots are available in this lot, on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is also a public parking garage on the corner of Main Street and Paterson. Event parking rates may apply - please check your event date with the city’s schedule. If you are staying at The Moxy, immediately next door to the Tinsmith, valet parking is available. If you are staying at Hotel Indigo, just one block away from the Tinsmith, both valet and self park options are available. Hotel Indigo also offers a will call shuttle for guests! Please contact your hotel directly for more information.

Question

Where should I be dropped off if I am not driving?

Answer

Shuttles and ride shares can be dropped off at the front entrance of The Tinsmith in the loading zone. Guests with mobility issues or those that would prefer not to walk from the parking garage / hotel can also be dropped off in the loading zone. Please note that all vehicles must be moved from the loading zone after guests have been escorted inside. The nearest handicap accessible parking stalls are in the City of Madison Parking Garage at the corner of Main Street and S Livingston Street, available on a first come first serve basis.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be indoors! Our venue is fully heated/cooled, including our 4-season greenhouse. A coat rack will be provided in colder months for heavy coats. There is a small courtyard in our entryway that guests can enjoy during warmer months.

Please arrive by 4PM.
