Will there be children in attendance

Answer

We love you and your kids, that’s why we want you to be a part of our day, but we also want you to enjoy a fun, relaxing night out! We kindly encourage our guests to take the evening off, leave the kids at home, and come celebrate with us. If you do plan to bring your children, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Where will the wedding events take place?

Answer

All wedding events—including the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception—will be hosted at The Havyn and Hay River venue. If weather allows, the ceremony will be held outdoors.

When should we RSVP

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible! By May 1st we will need to finalize our headcount and seating charts.

Is there parking or transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of overnight parking at the venue as well as a shuttle service to and from the Hampton Inn Hotel and venue.
