It is intended that the cocktail hour is held prior to the ceremony.

Please plan to arrive between 4:00-4:30pm Shuttle pick up at 3:15pm and 3:45pm at Hampton Inn and Suites

5:00 pm

6:00 pm

Guests will be seated for dinner immediately following the ceremony

8:00 pm

Shuttle service will be at 10pm, 11pm and 12am to the Hampton Inn Cars can be left overnight at the venue and picked up by 11am Sunday Morning
