What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony starting.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, for both. There is a parking lot connected behind the church off of Park Street, additionally there is street parking available in front of the church. The reception venue also has a private lot.

Is there parking for the welcome party?

Answer

Yes! There is limited street parking along Taylor Street/Canalside Street. The Bierkeller is located within a community but as long as the spot is unmarked, you can park there! Additionally, there is a parking garage on Canalside St which you will see signs for when you enter the community.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from the Hyatt Place to Stone River, the reception venue. They will run loops from the hotel from 4:30pm-6pm and then will return guests to the hotel from 8pm-10:30pm. Please note that transportation is not provided to and from St. Peters for the ceremony. St. Peters is a 3-minute drive or 13-minute walk from the Hyatt Place.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is preferred. Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors; however the reception venue does have an outdoor porch/lawn area where cocktail hour will be held. Temperatures in March in Columbia can vary with highs averaging in the 50s-70s and temperatures cooling off in the evening.
