Is there a shuttle to the ceremony?
Answer
Guests staying at Hotel Indigo won't need a shuttle since the venue is right across the street. If you're staying at the AC, Hilton, or Concourse, we will provide an Uber or Lyft code for you to use to and from the venue. You can also call Union Cab at (608) 242-2000 for a traditional taxi if you're more comfortable with those!

Are children allowed at the ceremony and reception?

Absolutely! Just let us know if your little ones need their own seat for dinner.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both will be held indoors. But there is an outdoor courtyard to enjoy during cocktail hour and late night if the weather is nice!

Will there be vegetarian, gluten free, and/or special diet options for dinner?
Answer
Yes! Please RSVP with any special dietary needs so we can make sure you have plenty to eat!
