We request that guests wear formal cocktail attire. We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! This dress code is a balance between elegant, comfortable, and formal while maintaining a classy and polished look.
We kindly ask that you avoid the colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, creams, and champagne. Please also avoid wearing burgundy & lilac as these colors are meant to designate the individuals in the wedding.
We kindly request that you arrive at the venue between 3:30-3:45 PM, as the wedding ceremony is set to begin promptly at 4:00 PM. After parking, you will be directed to the ceremony space. Be mindful there is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony space. We would appreciate your punctuality to avoid any interruptions.
Our venue comes equipped with free parking for all guests. If you pursue this option, several Uber and Lyft services are available in the area. You can pre-schedule an Uber or Lyft service approximately 30 days out.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Cocktail hour will be held on the patio followed by the reception held indoors.
Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask you to sit back, relax, and be intentional during our ceremony without your phone. We have hired multiple photographers and videographers to capture the moments during our ceremony, so you don’t have to. You are more than welcome to take pictures during the reception!
Yes, there will be an open bar with wine, beer, seltzer and hard cider served. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing outside liquor onto the premises, as it is strictly prohibited at the venue.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only accommodate those listed on your invitation. No other guests will be accommodated at any point during the wedding or reception
Unfortunately, as our venue is not suitable for little ones, this will be an adult-only ceremony and reception. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time for children so you can celebrate this special day with us.
