Reno-Tahoe International Airport

For people traveling from outside of California, we recommend flying into the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The wedding location is ~1 hour drive from there. The Sacramento airport is an alternative option, but a significantly longer drive (~2:45).

Driving / Rental Cars

People coming from California should drive, carpooling recommended. There is parking onsite for those of you staying at the Twenty Mile House. People flying in will most likely need to get a rental car. We can provide a spreadsheet to help coordinate carpools for those of you arriving at similar times. If anyone is flying in through Sacramento, there may be an option for some of us Bay Area residents to pick you up on our way. Twenty Mile House On-site Lodging

While we wish we could get everyone onsite with us, there is limited lodging at TMH. We'll be able to fit around 40-46 people, but may require some folks to be ok sleeping on pull out sofa beds if we hit the upper range. That means HALF of our guests will need to book alternative lodging. Priority placement will go to the wedding party, plus ones, and those of you planning to stay (or pay for) all 3 nights. Please RSVP as soon as you can so we can direct anyone in limbo on alternative stay options. We pay for the on-site lodging upfront and will bill everyone separately once it's all figured out. Expected per person cost will be between $90-$140 per night depending on how cozy we want to get. Check-out is 10:30am on Sunday! No late checkout options available.

There are a number of Airbnb's just outside of Twenty Mile house that would be perfect for the two families. The Lost Sierra Ranch is now open for cabin rentals and is a few miles from TMH. Great for small groups!
