Welcome to California, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here has a large range, especially at altitude. During the day, the weather should be sunny and beautiful in the 80/90's, but can get chilly at night dropping into the 50s. Make sure to bring a jacket for the early mornings!

Pictures during the wedding?

Please refrain from taking photos DURING the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer on deck to capture the magic. We would love & encourage you to take photos/videos and share them anytime before or after the ceremony!

Parking?

There is plenty of free parking onsite at the Twenty Mile House. The ceremony and reception will both take place there.

A few people have asked about food. All of the TMH cabins have full kitchens & fridges. There's a Safeway ~15 min away. If the event isn't on the schedule, there isn't a meal plan. Definitely plan for your own lunches. Saturday night we'll likely go to the brewery where there are food trucks for dinner.

Can I bring a date?

RSVP's were generated based on how everyone filled out their Address Book entry. We may be able to accommodate additional significant others, please reach out to Kyle or Beth!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them the day of the wedding in the ceremony or reception. If possible, our recommendation is to take a little vacation and leave them at home with friends or family for the weekend. However, we recognize that some of you may not have an option to travel without your kids. If that's the case, please know they are welcome at the Thursday welcome party or Saturday river day. There is a nanny service we can help coordinate / connect you with to ensure someone is watching your little ones the day of the wedding. Please reach out if you have questions! Also note if you are bringing your kids, due to limited accommodation space, we will not be able to place you in any of the onsite cabins at the Twenty Mile House.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Anyone wishing to stay on-site at TMH, please RSVP as soon as possible (see travel tab for details). Everyone else RSVP deadline is April 1st.
