If you are part of a "couple" your invitation extends to both of you. No threesomes, though. Unless it's a child or 5. That is related to you somehow. No gerbils. Kittens welcome.

What should I wear? Big Bird costumes and Harry Potter robes only. Just kidding. It's May, watch the weather, dress accordingly. Be comfortable. It's outside so plan accordingly. Seriously, just be comfortable. I don't care if you wear jeans, or yoga pants and a hoodie

Do you not know either of us? Read the invitation again and tell me if "boring" is anywhere implied there. There will be about 10 minutes of seriousness (because legally, we have to) and the rest is party time!

Can I object when the minister asks?

No. No outbursts from the audience. No declarations of undying love besides the ones between the bride and groom. No riding in on a white horse to sweep either of us off our feet. Just no. Be quiet and stay seated.
