Whitewater rafting

We want all our guests to join us for whitewater rafting! You will definitely get wet and the water will definitely be cold, so dress accordingly. We highly recommend quick-drying long sleeves and pants (no cotton!), along with closed-toe water shoes. Please let us know if you want to join in!
Shuttles will pick everyone up at the Residence Inn downtown at 7.30am to head to the river. We'll have multiple rafts with options for a relaxed float down the river or a more adventurous trip that will get the adrenaline going! Lunch will be provided riverside for the group before shuttles take everyone back to the hotel in the afternoon, where you can shower and change before the bus departs again at 4.30pm for the welcome party. Welcome Party

Casual dress for an outdoor event. It can get chilly at night so bring layers!
We'll enjoy the great outdoors on the riverbank with bbq, beer, and wine. We've arranged for a shuttle with pickup and dropoff at the Residence Inn downtown Missoula and encourage everyone to use the shuttle as parking is very limited. The shuttle will pick everyone up at 4.30pm and drop back off by 9.30pm. Please use the RSVP page of the website to let us know if you can attend!

Ceremony and Reception

There will be a shuttle departing the Residence Inn downtown in Missoula at 2.15pm to transport everyone to the venue. We'll have welcome drinks available before the ceremony at 3.30pm, which will be followed immediately by the cocktail reception, dinner, and live music! We'll dance the night away before the shuttle takes everyone back to the hotel at 11pm. There is very limited parking at the venue, so please plan to take the shuttle if possible.
