1) Meet at Poros Image Hotel around 7pm for a sunset boat trip to the welcome dinner in a traditional Greek taxi boat. If you prefer not to take the boat, you can quad/ taxi to the venue - it takes 5 minutes. 2) Welcome drink of wine or beer on arrival 2) Greek buffet of souvlaki and kebabs, Greek salads and tzatziki provided 3) Traditional Greek band to get the party started.. bring your dancing shoes

Conservative dress. Shorts/ shirts are fine for men, summer day dresses (not busty or not too short) for women. We are close to monastery, so respectful attire encouraged.
Transport - We will take the quads to the venue, and do a trip around the island on the quads before we arrive. For those who would prefer not to take quads, you can get a taxi direct to the venue. It takes 5 minutes from Poros Image in a taxi and is not walkable. Wine, coffee to be provided by our Greek family hosts. Nibbles to be provided - cheese, cakes etc. Please be respectful of the area - this is a chance to feel connected to the "real" Poros, and see the monastery and get to know Greek family on the island who run the cafe where this is hosted. This is a day event for a couple of hours, nothing too fancy. Feel free to make evening dinner plans separately as I expect this to finish around 6/6:30pm.

- Arrivals at 4:30pm at Poros Image Hotel Reception - Ceremony at 5pm - Cocktail hour to follow, followed by reception at Seen, Poros from 7:30pm. - Dinner likely to be buffet style (bit of a nightmare but its a laid back place). We will ensure we have a wide range to cater to tastes but please let us know if any specific requirements we need to cater for. - Drinks and dancing into the night, finish at 2am.

Beach attire
- This is an optional guest paid for event at 25 euro per person (£20 per person). No cost for kids. - This is a very special place for both of us, the beach food is to die for (just wait until you try the pork souvlaki) and the staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They cannot wait to celebrate with us. - Included in this price: - Allocated sunbed for the day (kids will have to share with adults) - A buffet of Greek foods (souvlaki/ kebabs, salads, pittas and dips) - Ice cream and fruit salad bar - 10L of wine and beers will be provided, plus Greek homemade lemonade - Two bottles of water per person - We are paying separately for a DJ to bring us back to life. - Payment can be provided on the day in euros or by bank transfer in advance, whatever works for you.

Dress for church!
Optional but open to all. We will legally be doing our paperwork back in the UK just after the wedding at 11:30am on June 14. Followed by a buffet at a local pub. No frills and small scale. There is no expectation for you to come to this, we are so honored that you are coming to Greece to celebrate with us and do not expect you to come to this too.
