Wedding Party

Meet all the nearest and dearest that have played such an important role in our lives. Without them, we wouldn't be able to pull any of this off!

Danielle Sullivan

Best Woman

Danie and Beth met in middle school when her family moved to Jackson County from Ft. Lauderdale. After partnering with each other for a science fair project, they quickly realized they both had the same dark senses of humor. From then, they've been inseparable; even getting their wisdom teeth out on the same day and time, only an office apart! Beth is proudly the godparent of Danielle and husband, Mark's two beautiful boys, Drake and Luke. Danie has her own therapy practice in Wilmington, NC. A wiser and more driven friend doesn't exist. Beth goes to Danie when she wants the truth, even if it hurts - be it scathing, incisive, irreverent or sweet. Danie sees the potential in everyone and actively counsels them. Beth likes to think she's been training Danie for career half their lives.

Jason Cochran

Groomsman

A DEA alum along with Frank, they first met playing little league together. Like a brother, Cochran has also been disciplined by Frank's mom, Boss, on several occasions. Frank and Jason are known to have random hours-long conversations about politics, religion, and all those things you're not suppose to talk about in respectable company. Cochran has been working for Credit Acceptance for about a year and enjoys interacting with his clients. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Erin, since 2015 and they have three daughters: Delaney, Hattie Jo, and Wynnie. They recently purchased their first house together in Valdosta and are enjoying making it their own.

Samantha Green

Best Woman

Samantha and Beth go back to 2006, when they both worked at the infamous Outback of Athens. They weren't friends at first, but they also can't pinpoint exactly when they became besties; it was so natural, it just happened. They got up to quite a few shenanigans, almost losing their high-powered jobs as hosts(don't ask). Luckily, Samantha upgraded to a prestigious job in Atlanta at IDR, an IT consulting company. Beth can never truly repay Samantha for all the things she's done for her because Samantha was there at Beth's lowest points just as much as her highs. If you want to know the definition of unconditional friendship, it's Samantha. Beth goes to her when she needs her self-confidence boosted. Samantha always sees the best in everyone and wants their light to shine as bright as hers.

Kyle Cannady

Groomsman

Frank likes to tell Kyle's sister, Kellie, that he's known her brother longer than she has. That's how long they have been best friends. When you've known each other since you were five, there's not a single story that can sum up your friendship. That's Frank and Kyle. Carrying on his family tradition - as his father is a Physician's Assistant at the Dublin VA - Kyle has been a Nurse Practitioner for 5 years and works at East Georgia Health in Swainsboro. Kyle likes to golf and is active in the Swainsboro community. He loves aggravating his sisters, spending time with his family and playing with his two nephews and niece: Cam, Brooks and Ivy.

Jessica Wimberly

Bridesmaid

Jessica is Frank's younger sister by 5 years. Beth met Jessica when she was coaching softball at ECI with her brother. At the time, she was enrolled at Ogeechee Technical College to become a surgical dental assistant. Now, Jessica works for Dr. Lawhorn at Statesboro Oral & Maxillorfacial Surgery, where she's been for 3 years - and loves it! Like her brother, she's really good at taking naps. The beach is her happy place, and she tans easily thanks to inheriting her mom's skin tone. Though, when she was much younger, Frank liked to tell her she was adopted because she didn't look like them. Jessica and boyfriend, Josh, live in Uvalda and enjoy time with his daughter, Brooklyn, making furniture and decorating the house. Beth and Jessica bond over both facing the prospect of raising tweens.

Johnathan Cooper

Groomsman

Johnathan is Beth's younger brother by 3 years. Frank first met Johnathan when he would drive those 3 long hours to Talmo to see Beth when they were first dating. John has worked at Walgreen's Distribution Center for 10 years and has owned his home for 5 years. Growing up, Beth and John were at each other's throats, to the point where Beth accidently busted his head open throwing a whipped cream can. Today, she's extremely proud of her brother, and hopes he forgives her for that day. John is a passionate Georgia Bulldogs fan, no matter how much they may break his heart at times. Though he's an expert at Georgia football knowledge, any sports statistic you might want to know, ask Johnathan. He's the perfect person to have on your trivia team to answer all those obscure sports questions.

April Eubanks

Bridesmaid

April was Beth's very first friend at Outback. It was instantaneous. If it hadn't been for April, Beth would've quit the very next day! During the beginning of their tenure there (which lasted for 6 years), they could be found hiding in the rolling room together despite Brandon's admonitions of, "One host in the rolling room at a time!" April, along with her husband, Scott, live and teach in Elbert County. They have an adorable little Yorkie named Jack. April can connect with anyone and make them laugh. She knows how to cut a rug and has great taste in music, despite not knowing who the Beatles were going into college (Beth has forgiven her for this). Beth goes to April, among other things, to get fashion and décor advice. Half of the clothes and furnishings Beth owns came from April.

Brooks Collins

Groomsman

Fresh out of college, Frank had to take substitute teaching positions to get his foot in the door. During one of those days subbing at ECI, he decided to sit down and have lunch with the only coach at the table, Brooks. A few months later, Frank would be hired by Johnson County, ironically, one of the ECI's biggest rivals. Depite working there and eventually moving back, they have remained buddies through the years and have now been teaching and coaching together at ECI for 7 years. Brooks is the head baseball coach and assistant football coach at ECI. He is married to TCE Assistant Principal, Jessica. He is proud of his two children: his son, Cody, who is majoring in biology at UGA and his daughter, Ashlyn, who is a freshman at Bulloch Academy in Statesboro.

Annie Caldwell

Bridesmaid

A fellow UGA Alum, Annie is yet another of Beth's friends she met at Outback. It was through April and Nolan that they became close, along with the time spent during those long shifts. Annie is a special one. She is what Beth would call the perfect southern belle, but with surprising brass. She's unassuming, polite; but when you disrespect her or someone she loves, she WILL give you a dressing-down (in the classiest way possible, of course, so you won't know what hit you). Annie and her husband, Lee, live in North Augusta (the cool part with the ball park). Annie owns her own business consulting PTs on billing practices - she's so thorough and organized it's perfect for her. Beth goes to Annie to hash out her ideas and concerns on politics and other important life choices, like makeup ;)

Brad Hall

Groomsman

Brad and Frank became friends through his friend Kyle Cannady. Not long before Frank met Beth, he met Brad. Brad and Kellie, Kyle's sister, have been together just a tad longer than Frank and Beth. Little did Frank and Brad know it would take both of them to manage the Cannadys; throw Beth and Saturday brunch in the mix, and it's nearly more than they can handle. Brad owns his own lawn care business and is a member of the Men's Golf Association at the Swainsboro Country Club. He and Frank share a love for Georgia football!

Katelyn Hobbs

Bridesmaid

Beth and Katelyn met when Katelyn moved to Jackson County with her family, following her high-school-football-coaching father, Steve. Katelyn and Beth didn't become buds until a bit later, but when they did they made up for lost time. Athens was never the same after they got through with it, and they're not sorry. Katelyn and her husband, Daniel, have 5 beautiful children: Peyton, Ansley, Haylee, Macey and Parker. Katelyn is in school and works at a nursing facility while Daniel is an electrician. It goes without saying that they are never bored and are happy to have more family to love. Katelyn and her father had the idea of introducing Frank and Beth. Please thank them for being the reason we are celebrating this wedding today. Beth goes to Katelyn to for venting with no judgements.

Steve McDiffitt

Groomsman

Steve and Frank first met when they met at Johnson County during Frank's first year of teaching and coaching football. Mac has been a big part of Frank's coaching career. Mac has helped shape Frank's coaching philosophies on culture, staff, and work ethic. The two occasionally reflect on their coaching days together, as well as present challenges, that each face day to day. Of course, a cold beverage generally accompanies these discussions while the two solve the world's problems. McDiffitt introduced Frank to Beth. While he coached at Jackson County, his daughter Katelyn became friends with Beth. Through fate, that's how Frank and Beth's paths crossed...on Mac's patio in Swainsboro.

Latosha Hicks

Bridesmaid

Latosha is the girl in middle school your mom always warned you about, which is exactly what Jackie tried to do! Like most teenaged girls, Beth did take her mom's advice at first, but then wound up ignoring it and became friends with Latosha in high school through chorus. When she first started driving, Beth and Latosha loved taking day trips to Helen, dancing at Dos Copas to "Shake it Like a Salt Shaker" and hanging at the Mall of Georgia like they were grown or something. Latosha is an Robotics RN in surgery at Northside Hospital. She and her husband, Tad, have two little ones named Tatum and Tyndall. They love going to Disney World and hanging out in their backyard. Latosha has always been family focused. Beth calls Tosha when she wants to hear some gossip or needs medical advice.

Jamey Watson

Groomsman

Frank and Jamey are cut from the same cloth. They've been friends since second grade. Aside from growing up together, riding dirt roads, weekends at the river, there's just something about being from the sands of Nunez, southern Emanuel County. While Jamey works long hours and Frank's coaching schedule generally takes up many weekends, the two don't hang out as much as they used to. But the ties that bind are strong, so they generally pick right where they left off. He works for UPS and enjoys late evenings in Nunez with Courtney.

Joni Wimberly

Junior Bridesmaid

Joni is Frank's 10-year-old (going on twenty) daughter. Beth first met Joni when she was a sweet little kindergartener. Since then, Joni has grown so much right before her and Frank's eyes! Joni is in Junior Beta band and LOVES playing her bass guitar. She stays busy with dance at Ms. Brooke's Southern Dance Connection and gymnastics at Double Dose when she's not trapped at the softball field with her dad or with her softball coach and grandmother, Boss. Joni had originally decided she was going to be Beth's Flower Girl, then Maid of Honor, but finally settled on Junior Bridesmaid.

Frank Wimberly, Jr.

Best Man

Frank Jr is Frank's father. Enough said, but y'all should know more. The two of them have a relationship more akin to brothers than father and son. While Frank seeks advice like a son to a father, their humor is more similar to buddies on the playground. Frank Jr. has worked for C-4 as a project manager for the past 10 years. He has been married to Jackie since 2010 and has a step-daughter named Lizzie who has her first teaching gig at Gwinnett County Schools as of this year.

Blakely and Savannah Johnson

Flower Girls

Sweet Blakely and Savannah are Frank's cousin, Brooke's daughters. Brooke is Frank's Aunt Leck's daughter. She and her husband, Blake Johnson, have been married 10 years this year! Blakely attends DEA and will turn 6 this year. Savannah is somehow already a 2 year old. We can't wait to see them in all their cuteness as they walk down the aisle. Blakely has already competed for a few solo dance routine's through her mom's Southern Dance Connection studio and both she and Savannah love to help their dad around their farm.

Ethan Weaver

Ring Bearer

Ethan is the youngest of three siblings. Ethan is Beth's cousin Samantha's son. Ethan is 6 years old and attends North Jackson Elementary School with his sister, Ella, and brother, Evan. They all enjoy school and hanging with their grandparents - Beth's Aunt Gwen and Uncle Sam. Ethan is perfect for the job of ring bearer and will take it very seriously. In his free time, he likes to build Legos and play with toy trains and beyblades! He loves playing soccer, too, that's his favorite sport nowadays.

Jackie Cooper

Mother of the Bride

Jackie is "this" close to retiring from her career as a music teacher at Jackson County BOE, where she has been for 29 years! She teases Beth that she could've already been retired if she hadn't stayed home when Beth and John were born. Every year at her elementary school, all the kids look forward to solo tryouts and being a part of the programs she directs and organizes. Jackie is the middle child of Billy and Bobbie Sosebee and has a large family that are always the life of the party. Beth and Jackie like the same things - music, antiques, movies and shoes. Though Jackie would prefer Beth didn't like her shoes; they tend to turn up missing when Beth is around. Beth credits her independence to her mom and maintains she wouldn't be who she is without her unconditional love and support.

Don Cooper

Father of the Bride

Don has been a brick mason for 48 years and even built the house Beth and John grew up in. He loves to play trivia and usually carries his team, The Coops, 2 - 3 nights a week. Don is the second youngest of 5 siblings of William Myron and Ruby Cooper. His extended family is quite large; family reunions and holidays usually means there's at least 50 plus people in attendance. Beth believes she's inherited her work ethic from her dad, as well as her waste not, want not philosophy. Growing up, Don worked, and still works, 6 days a week. Though he worked well into the evenings, he did so to make sure the family had what they wanted, but more importantly what they needed. P.S. The Cooper family motto is "To be early, is to impose." So if he asks, please say the wedding starts at 3.

Shelly Wimberly

Mother of the Groom

Better known as Boss, Shelly is by definition a boss. She manages the shipping department at Crider Foods. By the way, you should thank her for getting that canned chicken you bought for the quarantine to Costco, Walmart, DG, Kroger, etc. out to you in a hot rush! She is also the mayor of her town, Nunez. And a volunteer softball coach at Twin City Rec Department for Joni's age group. Do you understand why everyone calls her boss now? Oh yeah, and she's most notorious for giving the most outrageous gifts for Christmas. Frank and Shelly are both known to wear their heart on their sleeves, as well as their tempers. Shelly has had the biggest influence over Frank - be it work ethic or integrity - and within himself he sees more of his mother than anyone else.

Cynthia Perry

Officiant

Frank and Beth met Cynthia when they became regulars at Berni's . From there, they forged a love-hate relationship, with Cynthia mostly hating them and Frank and Beth loving her. After hours, she has confessed that Frank and Beth are her favorite couple, though it suspected she says that to everyone. Cynthia is known to cut you with her quick wit and will rescue a puppy off the street in the blink of an eye. And as fate would have it, Beth and Frank's favorite bartender happens to be ordained.
