Bridesmaid
Formally known as Crockett (yes, related Davey Crockett...) one of my best friends since freshman year as Delta Gamma sorority sisters in Fulton, MO. She left after freshman year for another college but we remained in each others lives and have grown even closer despite not living in the same city since 2005! Her energy, joy, laugh and silliness are contagious and on top of that, she gives the BEST advice. Our phone dates last far too long but always leave my soul calmer and happier. She is a boss lady working in sales for Medtronic, wife to one of my favorite guys Matt, and devoted mom to her son, Ashton.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and I met on move-in day at the Delta Gamma house at William Woods University at the beginning of freshman year. We studied together as biology majors, rode & competed together in the equestrian program and had so much fun as sorority sisters! People are drawn to her energy & positivity! She never takes life too seriously and has taught me not to sweat the small stuff as much. From the countless heart-to-heart chats and belly laughs, I'm so thankful for 15+ years of friendship! Sarah is wife to her husband, Greg; mother to their daughter, Evelyn; and step-mother to two sweet boys, Austen and Cameron.
Bridesmaid
Shanna is one of my oldest and best friends! We met at the age of 15 back in my home town, Medicine Hat. She has an infectious energy and is always a blast to be around. Whether we were dancing to country music at Country Craven Jamboree or dancing to N'Sync in her living room (refer to picture) we always have so much fun together. Our friendship actually became stronger after I moved away for college and during my gap year back home we were pretty much inseparable! Since then, living in different countries, we don't see each other often enough but our phone dates and short visits are very cherished times. Shanna is a special education teacher who continues to work towards her masters degree in psychology. She is married to her husband, Jonathon and mother to their two boys, Cohen & Jace.
Bridesmaid
David's sister, Laura, and I met early on in my & David's relationship. Between her warm welcomes during my visits to Minneapolis and our late night chats at the kitchen table, our relationship has grown. We had such a blast at my bachelorette party back in February 2020, truly the most fun and easy going person! Since then we have been able to host her in NC and she is a wonderful puppy Auntie to our three dogs too! I am so thankful for her friendship and love being able to call her my sister-in-law!
Bridesmaid
Morgan and I met freshman year of college as Delta Gamma sorority sisters at William Woods University. Her personality draws you in and is just one of those charismatic people that you just want to be friends with! She is one of the wittiest and most hysterical people I have ever met, we generally don't stop laughing when we are together! Best friends are the kind of people you can have fun doing nothing with... that's Morgan, we have a blast whether we're out on the town or just hanging out by ourselves. In college it was not unusual for us to be found sitting in the aisle at the Fulton Walmart passing opened bags of snacks back and forth contemplating life till all hours of the night! Morgan is a successful saleswoman and lives in St Louis.
House Party
Sara-Bear! Sara and I became friends as freshmen Delta Gamma sisters at William Woods University. This California girl was as sunny as her home state and an absolute blast to be around! I'll never forget the first time it "snowed" in Fulton and Sara asked me to drive as she had never driven on snow before. Never fear, this Canadian was happy to take the wheel so Sara could admire the beauty of the frost & snow. Unfortunately, the ocean never stopped calling Sara's name and she moved back to Cali Sophomore year. We have stayed close and love getting to go visit her and her gorgeous family in southern California as often as possible! Sara is wife to Steve Tinnelly and together they have 4 beautiful, fun and sweet kiddos: Sofia, Stevie, Sienna & Stella.
House Party
Brett and I met freshman year as Delta Gamma sisters at William Woods University. She is the sweetest human being and always the hostess with the mostess! Some of my fondest memories from college are going drives with Brett on Missouri back roads with her awesome playlist blaring and the sun roof open. It has been the most wonderful gift being able to live near each other again in NC, our long chats now are generally at a kitchen table with sweet kiddos running around. We also frequent their pizza restaurants every visit to Raleigh/Durham area, best pizza ever! Brett is married to her husband, Anthony, and together they have three adorable children, Vivian, Olivia and Dominic.
House Party
Katie and I met in Oklahoma City where I moved for medical school clinical rotations. She was my riding instructor and my neighbor as I ended up moving in across the street from her too! Between being neighbors and spending time together at the barn we quickly became pretty inseparable and started referring to ourselves as "K-squared". Our "K-squared" days happened often and usually consisted of shopping, manis/pedis, lunching and extended into nights out on the town. I am so thankful we have remained close, Katie was one of our first guests in NC, she is a very talented designer and helped me with updating and decorating our new home! Katie and soon-to-husband in December 2021, Jacob, live in OKC with all 5(!!) of their dogs!
House Party
My seester! Andrea is my sister-in-law but has been part of my life in a "big sister" role since I was in junior high school. Andrea and my brother were best friends in high school; she has always been a wonderful friend and I have always looked up to her. She has since become an amazing business woman and has, as my dad describes, THE most important job in our family working in several important roles at Lululemon in Chicago/the region. In the middle of the pandemic she made me an aunt and watching her become a mother has been a joy! She has impeccable style and an eye for beauty which is reflected in her, both inside and out. She and my brother, Craig, live in Chicago with my nephew Boden and sweet pup, Vera.
Groomsman
My brother Craig has always been protective but was very welcoming and accepting of David, it didn't take long for them to become real friends! David and Craig bonded quickly over their love of hockey and sarcasm. David appreciates Craig's welcoming nature and family time is always filled with lots of laughs. Craig is a PM&R and interventional pain physician and lives in Chicago with Andrea, their son, Boden and dog Vera.

David and Matt first met on a couples trip to Tahoe early on in our relationship. It was David's first time skiing and Matt, being an avid snowboarder, was nothing but supportive as David made his way down the mountain. David and Matt bonded over their mutual love for grilling, cooking, bourbon and well made leather goods. We have been fortunate to have spent many couples weekends together since. Matt works in finance in southern California. He and his wife Amanda are some of our biggest supporters in life and future marriage and we are so incredibly thankful for their love and friendship. We are looking forward to many more couples weekends in our future!
Groomsman
Mike and David have been friends since middle school and have remained close over the years despite time and distance through college and more recently David's move to Texas. Mike is a great friend and by far the most organized of his friends group. He keeps everyone on time and makes sure they all survive their yearly trips to the boundary waters. Mike enjoys the outdoors and I was able to have my first ice fishing experience thanks to him when we all spent New Years in northern Minnesota. We always look forward to time spent with Mike and his wife Shelby every visit home to Minneapolis and are excited to host them here in Dallas! Mike works in commercial real estate in Minneapolis. He and Shelby welcomed baby boy Leo in 2020 and have a sweet lab named Finn.
Groomsman
David was a pledge class ahead of Andy in the Delta Tau Delta fraternity at Westminster College. Andy's dry sense of humor and quick sarcasm keeps David laughing. We were so excited to host Andy and his wife Molly as our first guests in NC and have since planned several vacations. We love spending time with both of them! Andy has found success in commercial real estate. He and Molly live in St. Louis with their two fur babies, Murph and Sonny.
Groomsman
Luke was a year younger than David in the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. Between fraternity shenanigans and football rivalries between the vikings and the broncos they became close. More recently, the three of us have had more quality time together and the time is spent having deep conversations about life with enough moments of sarcasm to keep things light and fun! Luke recently moved to San Francisco and is the director of finance with a start up company, he is enjoying exploring the city and escapes to the mountains to ski or hike every chance he gets! We also love visiting SF and explore Sonoma/Napa area with him and other friends!
Usher
Andy, otherwise known as "Cub", was also a fraternity brother of David's at Westminster College. David and Andy were friends since freshman year when they were in the same pledge class and have remained close. David was lucky enough to be invited on a House family vacation to Disney World and often stayed with the House family when he would visit St. Louis during and after college; the guest room is still referred to as "David's room"! Andy lives in St. Louis where he works for Boehing, is engaged to Lori and has a dog - Dr. Jennifer McCuddles, or "Jenny" for short.

Kevin and David started working together in 2018 and have built a strong business and friendship. We were fortunate to enjoy date nights together and celebrate their successes. We were so excited when Kevin married his wonderful second half, Christine in April 2021, and happy they can be a special part of our celebration!

Jake and David met through working at Dell EMC in Minneapolis and were roommates while we were long distance as well. Jake has since moved on to new role at a different company but they stay in touch regularly despite no longer living in the same state or working for the same company. Jake is married to a fellow physician, Erika and lives in Minneapolis.
Masters of Ceremony
We have asked our dear friends, Anna & Dusty to be the masters of ceremony for our reception. All 4 of us were friends in college as Dusty was David's fraternity brother and Anna was my sorority sister. It is more of a Canadian tradition to have friends or family MC the reception and Anna & Dusty immediately came to mind! Between us all being friends for 10+ years and both of their fun, charismatic personalities it was a no-brainer! Anna & Dusty live in Van Buren, Arkansas where Dusty owns a State Farm agency and they are huge contributors to their community. They two kiddos, Easton & Eliza and their dog, Willow.
Ring Bearer
Well this little one was a very bright light throughout the last year and a half! Boden Best was born in July 2020, a true pandemic baby. I was the first family member to have met him in January 2021 and feel so blessed we had that special time together! He has brought so much joy to David and me as Aunt and Uncle with frequent adorable photos and videos as well as special visits. We are so thankful he is able to be a part of our celebration, one of the silver linings of postponing!
Groomsman from afar
Matt and David became friends freshman year of college where they were Delta Tau Delta fraternity brothers at Westminster College. They remained close friends as Matt pursued his dental medicine degree. Later, they were room mates in Minneapolis where Matt completed his dental residency. David enjoyed living with Matt but mostly loved Matt's dog, Jaques! David still gets Jaques updates and pictures! Matt is married to his beautiful wife Audrey and are parents to two boys. They live in St Louis where they both practice dentistry. Unfortunately Matt will be unable to join us for our celebration as he is deployed with the US Air Force at this time. We will miss his dry sarcastic sense of humor!
