We have set up a room block for 7/24/25 and 7/25/25. Please click the white 'view' button below to book your room to get the room block rate. Please book your room by 6/25/25. While booking please make sure to select which dates you are planning to stay. The room block will default to book both nights. If you are only planning to stay for one night please select which date or dates you are planning to stay. The prices for either night: $164/night for room with one king bed $184/night for room with two queen beds or call Courtyard 800-321-2211 and reference Melly/Besecker Wedding Room Block at the Lebanon Courtyard by Marriott. Note: If when trying to book a room, and it states room block is full contact Lauren or Pat so we can open up additional room for more guests.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Hotel to the venue

The shuttle will pickup guests outside the Courtyard Lebanon. Cocktail hour starts at 6pm, and the reception will follow at 7pm to 11pm. Please see the below shuttle schedule. Pickup from the Courtyard Lebanon: 5:30pm and 5:45pm Pickup from The Farmhouse: 11:10pm and 11:15pm *Note: The shuttle will only make one trip at each scheduled time. If you plan to take the shuttle to the reception, we kindly ask that you arrive on time so the rest of the evening can proceed as scheduled. Thank you for your understanding!
