**Ceremony**
**Time:** 3:00 PM (Doors will open at 3:00 pm to ceremony space. Doors will close at 3:28 and will not open for guests who arrive late)
**Location:** 1st floor ceremony hall
**Cocktail Hour**
**Time:** 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
**Location:** Outdoors Patio adjacent to ceremony hall
* Enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and light bites.
**Reception**
**Time:** 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM
**Location:** 2nd floor reception hall (Please note that there is a staircase going up. There is also an elevator for use if you cannot go up the stairs)
* 5:15 PM: Grand Entrance & First Dance
* 5:30 PM: Dinner Service
* 6:15 PM: Speeches & Toasts
* 6:30 PM: Parents Dance
* 6:40 PM: Cake Cutting
* 7:00 PM: Dancing!
* 10:30 PM: Reception Ends
* Shuttle service will be provided from Carlsbad Windmill to The Westin Carlsbad for guests staying at hotel.
