What's the dress code?
Answer
Formal/Semi-formal. Women: Elegant midi-length or floor-length dresses. Heels or dressy flats are appropriate. It will still be winter time, so a jacket or throw is recommended! Men: Suit or dress pants with a blazer and collared shirt. A tie is encouraged. Dress shoes required.

Yes! Please dress accordingly and bring a jacket just in case — January evenings by the water can be cool. The reception will be indoors.

Expect mid‑January in La Jolla to be crisp and comfortable — with daytime highs in the mid‑60s and evenings dipping into the low 50s.
