Please arrive at 4:30.
The dress code will be cocktail to cocktail-formal. A note for the ladies: Stilettos are not recommended. The venue has gravel, uneven stone and other uneven surfaces - think of wearing block heels or flats - and don't forget your dancing shoes!
If your invitation did not say "and Guest", we have only made room for you.
Although we love your little ones, we prefer to keep this event as adults-only as possible. We politely ask that if you are not family, you do not bring your kids. They wouldn't like the music anyway!
Dinner will be buffet-style. If you are vegetarian or if you have a severe allergy, please let us know when you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate you.
There will be plenty of parking on site. If you are staying at one of the Sylva or Dillsboro hotels, transportation will be provided to the venue. Feel free to park at one of the hotels and catch a ride on the shuttle as well!
There will be transportation to the venue from the Sylva and Dillsboro hotels. Details and pick-up times will be available a few weeks prior to the wedding, so check back for that information. After the reception, there will be two buses available for transportation to your accommodations. There will be a large bus for guests staying at a hotel or B&B in Dillsboro and/or Sylva and a smaller bus that will transport guests to Airbnb's or other vacation rentals. **Please note that if you are staying at an Airbnb with a steep and narrow driveway, the bus may not be able to take you all the way to the front door. ***Most importantly, please DO NOT drink and drive. Please provide us with information on where you are staying when you RSVP and make arrangements if the above transportation options do not work for you.
