Is there a dress code?

Yes, semi-formal. Suits; gowns or cocktail dresses

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 5:00-5:15 PM. Guests must be seated by 5:15 PM.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

I know everyone will be excited and wanting to capture the moment, but please refrain from taking photos so we can allow our photographers to do their job. Please unplug, silence and put away your phones, and enjoy the ceremony! During cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to snap away though! We will have a QR code to capture photos and send to us...details on this will be at your seat during the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks on us...get ready to party! Please be sure to take the shuttle if you are staying at the hotel or Uber/Lyft if you plan on drinking and going home.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle to and from the hotel before the ceremony and after the reception. First shuttle to ceremony will be 4:30 pm and last shuttle 5:00 pm. Return shuttles will begin at 9:30 PM and will run until all guests returned after reception ends at 11:00 pm.

Yes, plenty of free parking at RiverCrest!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor but covered. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Yes, there will be a place on the RSVP page to list allergies. If you want to confirm with us, please feel free to reach out!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your invitation will be addressed as such. Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm if you have any questions!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited, if applicable.
