Please arrive to RiverCrest between 5:00-5:15 pm. There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue, first shuttle leaves at 4:30 pm and last shuttle leaves at 5:00 pm. If you will be driving, there is plenty of parking for our guests at the venue.
Reception
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail hour is from 6:00-7:00 pm. Open bar and hors d'oeuvres. Reception is 7:00-11:00 pm. Open bar and plated meal. Return shuttle to the hotel begins at 9:30 pm and runs until all guests are returned to hotel after reception ends at 11:00 pm.
