Whether it's walking 100km in a foreign country amongst strangers, heat, and sleeping on a pot-hole filled field, or dragging herself out of bed for sunrise workouts in nature, Lucy will be by the bride's side. Despite a quick gripe, groan, or eye-roll, her unfailing camaraderie allows the sisters to embrace their naturally adventurous and goal-oriented personalities, and have a barrel of laughs every step of the way!

Best Man

Known as The German Bullet in his former seminary days with Matthew, the name appropriately sums up Andrew's discipline of life and reliability as a friend. Andrew's friendship with Matthew was kindled during their time in the seminary together, maintained after each one left, and strengthened throughout their lives since.

Gemma Bonner

Bridesmaid

The bride's older sister and life-long room and flat mate. Sharing a bedroom for 19 years forced them to find harmony between their opposite personalities. Older sisters unite to keep the rest of the family in line.

Cheerful, to-the-point, and ever faithful, Charles and Matthew struck up an enduring relationship almost as soon as Matthew arrived in Vancouver in 2018. Both love the outdoors, both are eldest children, and both like to compete against the other for top dog!

The bride's youngest sister, they share their crafting and creative sides. Maria's "chill" is the perfect topper to the line of Bonner sisters. She is also the only alto-voiced sister and is relied upon to hold the lower harmony line in every jam session.

As Bernadette's little-brother-buddy since he first arrived in the family, Timmy was happy to step in as groomsman for his soon-to-be older brother.

Andrea Bonner

Her marriage to the Oldest Brother and being between the ages of Gemma & Bernadette brought Andrea into the family early enough to grow into adulthood together as sisters. Andrea is Bernadette's food-sister, they swap recipes, try each other's new meals, and share a deeply rooted love of cooking tasty meals.

As Bern's youngest brother, Michael was more than happy to step up to the plate for Matthew on his Big Day, since Matthew's own brother was unable to make it to the wedding. Michael is fun and lively and a friend to all!

Theresa Bonner

Flower Girl

Since first communicating together via morse code while Andrea was pregnant with Theresa, this niece and god-mother duo are thick as thieves. Between matching loud voices and perhaps being a little bit dramatic by nature, they are a close pair, through and through.

Sebastian Bonner

Sebastian and Auntie B-dette probably couldn't be more different, but his winning charm takes over her every time. Plus his auntie is a bit cooler now that she's making the awesome Mr. Matthew become his Uncle Matthew!

Joseph's sweet and cuddly nature suits his auntie quite well, although his rough-and-tumble side gets riled up when it comes to rough-housing with Mr. Matthew and his brothers.
