Yes! We will have shuttle services to bring guests to and from the ceremony and reception. Shuttles will conduct pick-ups & drop-offs at the three hotels we have room blocked (Kimpton, The Inn on Biltmore Estate, and Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate).
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your invite and will be listed on the website when you RSVP.
This will be an adults-only (18 years & older) event. We would like to give our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little ones. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
Yes! Both events are in the garden and therefore outside. The reception will be covered by a large tent. In case of rain, a large tent will also be erected for the ceremony. Ladies, please consider shoe choice as both events are in a grassy area. Recommend either block/wedge heels, flats, or high heel stoppers/protectors (can be found on Amazon) to avoid heels sinking into the grass.
Yes, there is a small parking lot at the Garden & Conservatory. However, we highly recommend using the shuttle service we have coordinated!
Downtown Asheville was largely untouched and therefore fully operational. River Arts District (RAD) and Biltmore Village (outside of Biltmore property), however, are still recovering. The Biltmore House was built from 1889-1895 after George Vanderbilt visited Asheville, NC and decided to build his new country home for the Vanderbilt Family. The 250-room estate contains more than four acres of floor space and is considered the largest undertaking in residential architecture in the nation. In 1930, the House was opened to the public to increase area tourism during the Depression and to generate income to preserve the estate. In 1963 the Biltmore was named a National Historic Landmark known as America’s Largest Home. During Vanderbilt's time, the property was approximately 125,000 acres! However, much of this property was later sold to the federal government to create the Pisgah National Forest (Bella & Matt like to camp & hike here!) Today, the Biltmore property spans about 8,000 acres. Guests can enjoy a range of activities including, hiking, biking, horseback riding, carriage rides, fishing, art exhibitions, garden & house tours, wine tastings, shopping, spa treatments, and more!

The Biltmore Walled Garden & Conservatory is located Southeast of the Estate. You will pass the Estate on your right as you near the Gardens. There is parking located behind the Conservatory. https://www.biltmore.com/estate-map/
We ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony (for the reception - go wild!) We have a wonderful professional photographer (Courtney Paige Photography) who will capture every moment and we'll make sure you see those photos as soon as we do!
