What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Guests are invited to dress in formal evening attire. A dark suit with a tie or an elegant cocktail dress is appropriate.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at the church at least 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary shuttle service will be available from our designated hotel blocks. Please be sure to RSVP for shuttle transportation in advance to reserve your seat.

What if I miss the shuttle?

Answer

Shuttles will depart promptly at their scheduled times and cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the shuttle, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Can I drive to the reception venue?

Answer

Yes. Ample parking will be available at both First Presbyterian Church and Crowe Mansion for guests who choose to drive.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, only those specifically listed on the invitation are invited to attend.

Only guests listed on your invitation and RSVP are invited to attend.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors at the church. Portions of the reception may include outdoor spaces, so we recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening.

Answer

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is the closest major airport and is approximately 30–40 minutes from the wedding venue area.
