If you plan on staying in a hotel for the special night, we have reserved 20 rooms at the Best Western Dutch Valley Inn. If we find that we need more rooms, we are able to call and reserve another block based on our need. If you do book at the provided hotel, state that you are with the Benson-Morgan wedding upon confirmation to receive the discounted rate of $90. Check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. The Best Western is pet friendly if you are having trouble finding a sitter for your fur babies.

Shuttle Information

We are offering shuttle services to our guests the night of, and the morning after the wedding. We decided on this due to seating limitations of the shuttle being 14 people and the round-trip travel time being about 45 minutes. To avoid earlier arrivals from having to wait over an hour in the summer heat, we hope those guests intending to use the shuttle services will not mind driving to the ceremony on Saturday afternoon, take the shuttle back to the hotel that night, and then again on Sunday morning back to their car. We hope this solution will provide everyone a safe and timely way to get to and from the venue. The following schedule is approximate as the shuttle will run as many times as necessary to ensure that all our guest's get where they're going safely. Saturday Night: 9:30 pm, 10:30 pm, 11:30 pm Sunday Morning: 8:00 am - 11:00 am
