Air: Our venue is located in Round Rock Texas which is a suburb of Austin. You will want to purchase your airline ticket to fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Spirit and Frontier fly to Austin. Lodging: We have rooms blocked at a 2 specific hotels so you can take advantage of a discounted rate please see the details listed below for more information. Both hotels are on the same property and are connected by an outdoor ramp so either option is a winner. The pricing for The Element suite style hotel includes breakfast and the Aloft does not. Transportation: You may rent a car from the airport or utilize Uber/Lyft ride share service to get to Round Rock where the hotel will be. Cost for ride share from airport to Round Rock ~$40 and from there the venue is very close If you have questions please let us know
