We all know the story. Boy meets girl in seventh grade in science class. They end up being high school sweethearts who grew up and figured themselves out together, with a few bumps in the road. Hundreds to thousands of miles apart at times, they still found a way together. Now, they've bought their first home and survived a full home renovation together.

After buying a house together, surviving a full home renovation together, and Chelsea asking a million times when we were going to get married, Michael FINALLY proposed on August 11, 2023, when Chelsea was visiting her mom and sister for the day after taking Sadie to a vet appointment. If you know Chelsea, you know she's a hard one to surprise because she's a control freak. But he pulled off a complete surprise when he showed up in Jacksonville Beach (with some planning help from Chelsea's mom and sister) at a rooftop bar overlooking the beach and popped the question. Chelsea had no absolutely no idea, was completely befuddled, and was amazed that no one told her to dress better for the occasion! Michael wore his "Sadie" socks and asked Sadie's permission beforehand, and Chelsea of course said yes. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
