Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your formal invitation says "and Guest", then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults only wedding. We love all of your children, but we want you to have a blast at our wedding without worrying about them!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the Wedding Pavilion 30 minutes before the Ceremony starts. We will have a pretty short ceremony and ask that you brave the chilly temps for just a short period during that afternoon.

What is the Attire?

Answer

The attire for the wedding is Black-Tie Optional/NYE Festive. We want everyone to have fun and look their absolute best (: For the guys - Tuxedo or dark suit and tie For the gals - Floor length gowns NYE Festive - Think sequins, furs, rich fabrics, metallics, velvet.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking for hotel guests across the street from the Loggerhead Marina. There is a short walk to get back to the hotel from the parking lot. Valet parking is available to our guests! You can leave your car overnight, or just for a few hours. Valet parking is $15

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The Cocktail Hour and Reception will be open bar. The After Party will be a cash bar.

The RSVP date is printed on the formal invitation.
