We're Getting Married!

Our story began in the most modern (and somehow still romantic) way possible—on Hinge. After just one date, we knew we had found something special. We hung out once…and then just kind of never stopped, which brings us to where we are today. Since then, life together has been full of the things we love most: reading, cooking, working out, and hosting our friends (because nothing makes us happier than throwing a good themed party). When we met, Bennett already had Cooper and Kristine had Cookie—so our “kids” came with us. Now, we’re one big (almost) happy family. Cookie, in true cat fashion, isn’t fully on board yet, but we’re confident Cooper’s charm will win him over eventually. From the beginning, what made us click was how easy it felt to simply be with each other—always laughing, always smiling, and always finding joy in the little moments. More than anything, we’ve put God at the center of our relationship, leaning on His word and giving thanks for the bond He’s blessed us with. Fast forward to Maui, where Bennett got down on one knee on the beach and made the most picture-perfect, romantic proposal (yes, it was just as dreamy as it sounds). Kristine may have had her suspicions—thanks to hours of “investigative work” and the fact that Bennett can’t keep a secret to save his life—but it was still the sweetest, most unforgettable moment. Now, as we soak up this season as fiancés, we’re enjoying every step of wedding planning together. We are so excited for our big day—the biggest party we’ve ever thrown—and even more excited to celebrate surrounded by all of the people we love most.
