We would love to see our friends and family dressed elegantly with us for our special day. The dress code is formal attire, black tie optional. We recommend suits and formal mid length to long dresses. For reference, the bridesmaids will be in olive green. Additionally, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing, white, ivory or cream, which are traditionally reserved for the bride! Also, please note, all wedding day events will be indoors.
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation. If you a have been invited to bring a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
While we love your little ones, we have decided to host an adults-only wedding. We view this as a chance for you to take the night off and fully enjoy the celebration with us!
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos and videos throughout the ceremony. Our wonderful professional photographer and videographer will be capturing all the special moments of our ceremony, and we would prefer that our guests remain present in the moment with us.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. We ask that guests arrive at least fifteen minutes before the ceremony so that everyone is settled and we may begin on time.
Complimentary transportation will be provided throughout the day. Buses will arrive at both hotels at 3:45 and depart for the church at exactly 4pm. After the ceremony buses will arrive at the church at approximately 5:15 to take guests to the reception venue. At the end of the night, buses will arrive at the reception venue at 11pm to take guests back to both hotels.
