ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ON HOW TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN OUR WEDDING GROUP:
1. Using the booking widget on the group booking website page, select your dates of travel. It may give you more options but please only select the Approved Group Travel Dates of: March 18th, 2027 - March 21st, 2027 Once booked you may send a request to Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com if you would like your dates adjusted. 2. Choose the number of rooms and adults. 3. Review the room categories. The first option will default to the least expensive; select ‘Change Room Type’ to see more options. If you don’t see a room category you’re looking for, reach out to our DW Travel Advisor Tanisha Woods (Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com) for assistance. 4. Utilize the Special Service Requests section to add bedding configuration and room requests and to call out special occasions. Please note: requests are not guaranteed and are at the resort’s discretion at check-in. 5. Review the robust options for add-ons and discuss with your advisor which are most suitable for your booking. You will need to also add on your transportation as the cost will be listed as a separate line item vs being part of the room price. This is done to give you the option to upgrade to private transportation if you wish, or just select the standard shared round trip transportation. Cost for Shared Transportation is $72 pp. 6. Select ‘Continue,’ then complete each traveler’s information. An email and phone number are required of the lead traveler. Select ‘Continue’ again when finished. 7. Choose to pay the required per person deposit, or go ahead and pay in full. If you choose to begin with a deposit only, please use the link within the email confirmation with your reservation number to make your final payment when appropriate. 8. June 18th, 2026: Deadline to reserve your room (with a $200 per person deposit) August 18th, 2026: Final hotel room balance payment due March 18 - 19th, 2027: Arrive in Mexico March 20th, 2027: WEDDING DAY Other things to do: ✓ Book your flight (separately) ✓ Fill out the Flight Information/Special Request Form so transportation to/from the airport can be coordinated.

FLIGHT INFORMATION
The closest airport is (CUN) Cancun International Airport. It is located approximately 1hr 20 min away from Secrets Akumal Resort & Spa. Please click below to provide your flight information once you book it so our travel agent, Tanisha, can set up your ground transportation from the airport to the resort. Note: Make sure when you book your flights that your name on your flights exactly matches the name on your Passport Book. Not doing so can result in travel delays and possible denial of boarding.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Shared roundtrip transportation is included as part of your stay, but is not free. It has an approximate $72 per person cost which you will see separated from the room cost when you go to book your stay. It is separated on purpose so that you have the options to remove it and upgrade to private transportation if you choose. If you would like to keep the shared transportation option that comes with your booking and NOT upgrade to private, you will just select shared transportation at checkout so it can be added back into your total. You will have the option to select private transportation if you would like to be the only guest in the vehicle and want it to be non-stop. If you have any troubles or questions with this, book your stay and then let Tanisha know at Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com that you need assistance with transportation. NOTE: If you forget to add in your transportation Tanisha will automatically add the Shared Transportation option to your booking once she reviews it and will send you an updated booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
The Initial $200 per person deposit and the cost of travel protection (if purchased) are non refundable for everyone at time of booking however for the rest of the booking it will be as follows: 1. Bookings with no travel protection - Subject to full room cost as penalty for any cancellations after the final payment date of August 18th, 2026. 2. With travel protection - Individual bookings may cancel up to 24 hours before travel and receive a travel credit or cash back, depending on which type of protection they selected. Refunds will be minus the cost of the travel protection and initial non refundable deposit. *Note: Any room adjustments need to be made prior to final payment and are not allowed 30 days prior to travel unless Travel Protection has been purchased at time of booking*
