HOW CAN WE BOOK OUR ROOM?

Answer

You will book your room stay ONLY through our group portal link located on the "Booking Instructions" tab on this website. DO NOT go to the resort website to book as this is a Contracted Wedding Group.

CAN I BOOK ON MY OWN (DIRECT OR THROUGH THIRD PARTY)?

Answer

No, we ask that all guests who wish to attend our wedding book only through the room block. We have worked with the resort to hold enough rooms to accommodate all our guests’ choices. By booking within our room block, you will help us meet the percentage required to adhere to our wedding contract, and this will also allow you to participate in all our wedding events planned for the week. In addition, you will have the convenience of utilizing our group coordinator and hospitality desk for all service requests, and you will be placed in the nearby room if available.

Question

When should guests start to arrive in Mexico and when should they depart back home?

Answer

We hope our guests can meet us in Mexico between March 18th - 19th to give them time to settle in, start their fun, and prepare to celebrate our wedding on the 20th of March, 2027. We do have a Welcome Taco Party on March 19th. It is up to you when you would like to arrive, but as far as departure and return home, our guests must stay at least three nights. The booking site may give you more options but please only select the Approved Group Travel Dates of: March 18th, 2027 - March 21st, 2027 Once booked you may then send an email request to Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com if you would like your dates adjusted. Tanisha will confirm resort approval then update your booking and send a new reservation confirmation.

ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED?

Answer

No, flights are not included, but shared roundtrip transportation is included in your booking. When you go to book your room through the booking portal, be sure to select the "Hotel Only" option under the "Package Type" section. You will book your own flights separately. Approximately 45-60 days before travel, Tanisha will contact you to obtain your flight details and schedule transportation.

WHEN TO BOOK FLIGHTS?

Answer

Book flights 4-9 months in advance. As the date gets closer, prices will increase. It is recommended that you book ahead of time to avoid delay.

WHAT IF THE DATES I WANT OR ROOM I WOULD LIKE IS NOT AVALABLE ON OUR BOOKING SITE?

Answer

If you would like to book dates that are outside of our approved travel window, want to change your dates, need a different room category than what is available on our site, or need to fix/change your booking, please reach out to Tanisha Woods at Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com.

DO GUESTS HAVE TO PAY THEIR BOOKING ALL UPFRONT, OR IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE?

Answer

Book early and have more time to pay! You don’t have to pay it all at once! It is interest-free! Future payments: We do not offer recurring payment plans. There is just an initial deposit and final payment due date. You are able to make payments anytime you wish within that time period at your discretion. Please create an account upon checkout when you are booking your room so that you are able to log on and make payments and the final payment by August 18th, 2026. If you have any trouble doing this, a group reminder email with instructions will also be sent out approximately 15 days prior to final payment by Tanisha Woods. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due no later than June 18th, 2026 in order to secure your room and round trip airport/resort transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date. *Final balance is due by August 18th, 2026*

Answer

Deposits to reserve a room must be paid by June 18th, 2026. Final room balance must be paid by August 18th, 2026.

What is The Uplift option on the Booking Website under Forms of Payment?

Answer

Normal payment options for our group that do not require a credit check will be to pay the $200.00 per person non-refundable deposit at booking, or pay in full at booking if you choose to. UPLIFT is an option that suppler will give you as a third way to pay for your booking. It is more of a credit application type of payment and is NOT the normal recommended way to pay for your booking. If you select the UPLIFT option payments and terms will be processed by UPLIFT and will no longer be controlled by you, Tanisha, or our rooms tour operator. You will have to go through uplift for any payment issues etc.

CAN I ADD TRAVEL PROTECTION TO MY BOOKING?

Answer

Yes. Travel protection is an option you will be able to select during the booking process. *NOTE: The cost of travel protection is NON REFUNDABLE and due at the time of booking, along with your initial $200.00 per person deposit*.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE AVAILABLE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT ?

Answer

Yes, this will be available for all guests who book their rooms directly through our booking portal or travel specialist Tanisha Woods. The travel fare to and from the CUN airport in Mexico is included in your room payment. When you book your stay, it may possibly not auto-populate as a line item to give you an option to upgrade if you choose. You will need to add the transportation into your booking. It is our understanding that the transportation is shared and is not a private charter, however, that can be arranged at an additional cost. You will have the option to select private transportation if you would like to be the only guest in the vehicle and want it to be non-stop. If you have any troubles or questions with this, book your stay and then let Tanisha know at Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com that you need assistance with transportation.

Yes. If you want to attend our wedding, please stay at the resort and book through our group only.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Answer

The initial deposit and the cost of travel protection (if purchased) are non refundable for everyone at time of booking. For the rest of the booking, it will be as follows: 1. Bookings with no travel protection - subject to full room cost as penalty for any cancellations after the final payment date of August 18th, 2026. 2. Bookings with travel protection - individual bookings may cancel up to 24 hours before travel and receive a travel credit or cash back, depending on which type of protection they selected. Refunds will be minus the cost of the travel protection and initial non refundable deposit. *Note: Any room adjustments need to be made prior to final payment and are not allowed 30 days prior to travel unless travel protection has been purchased at time of booking*

Yes, the resort will hold on to your luggage so you can enjoy the amenities while you wait for your room.
