Groom
Frank Sinatra-lover, a great cook, funny as they come, the ultimate problem-solver (he had me at "everything is going to be okay") and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound - I'm convinced he has super-powers. I think they come from his big heart - there's nothing he won't do or sacrifice for those he loves....and did I mention how unbelievably handsome he is?.....Rosalie
Bride
The "ying" to Ben's "yang", she helps bring peace, balance and smiles to their often chaotic lives, while he has brought out in her a sense of adventure and spontaneous fun. Her greatest challenge? Managing the refrigerator after a grocery run to Sam's. Ultimately, she's happiest at Ben's side as co-pilot in the RV, sous chef in the kitchen - or anywhere really - she is excited to officially become Mrs. Benjamin Martin!
Mother of the Groom
Strong of faith and spirit, and with enough love, patience and sound advice to go around for eight kids, 15 grand kids, and the dozens more sons- and daughters-in-law, nieces, and nephews - Mary is a wonder, the Martin Matriarch, and one of the main reasons the family remains as close as they are - or is it her classic dishes, like Ben's favorite - sausage and peppers?
Father of the Groom
In loving memory, we honor and remember the late Joseph J. Martin, who looked forward to the marriage of his son, Benjamin to Rosalie, and who's spirit will undoubtedly be present on this special day. Loved for his care and compassion for others, contagious and lively spirit, and his pride of family, Joseph Martin will be sorely missed, but his presence will be sure and strong.
Mother of the Bride
In loving memory, we honor and remember the late Rosalia Huerta. One of the biggest gifts Rosalia imparted on her daughter, was teaching Rosalie by example what it truly means to be a devoted and loving wife in every way. Her love of family, religious faith, quiet strength, patience, and resolve during the most difficult times provided her children with character-building pillars and values. We carry her beloved spirit with us this day and each and every day.
Father of the Bride
At 93, Eloy's advanced age and frail condition prevent him from attending his daughter's wedding, although he would have been proud and pleased to stand by her side and give her away. His zest for life, appreciation of all things artistic, and love of family, make him the kind of dad that you could talk to about anything, and rely on for a silly joke or comforting pat on the hand - whichever the situation called for. We will be thinking of you, Daddy and missing your classic dance moves during the reception!
Best Man
I'm lucky to have three of the best brothers anyone could ever ask for (always there when I need them, and even when I think I don't) - Joseph Jr., James, and John - my partner in crime since we were kids. While they are three of the "best men" I've ever known, the misadventures John and I enjoyed throughout our lives are the stuff urban legends are made of ....Benjamin
Maid of Honor
My big sister has always been there for me through thick and thin, in good times and in bad. Adventures in shopping was our battle-cry - and if there's a better price out there for something - anything - she'll find it! As kind and gentle as she is, she is also a pillar of strength that I know I can always count on. Nobody knows me quite like she does, I'd be lost without her....Rosalie
Standing In for Dad Huerta
Big brother Eddie is taking on the "big" role of giving his sister away since Dad is unable. Unlike other brothers, he never minded having his little sister "hanging around", which made for so many fun memories and good times growing up. A goofball if ever there was one, his musical talents have always done his family proud, though its the perspective on life and living that he's found which I'm most proud of....Rosalie
