Because this is an evening/nighttime event, dress/attire is semi-formal - that means a suit or jacket/slacks and collared dress shirt (tie optional) for the guys; and cocktail dress, evening pantsuit or dressy skirt/top for the ladies. Please no shorts, t-shirts, polos, jeans, khakis, sneakers, etc. - thank you!

TradeWinds is providing a Chicken Fingers, French Fries, Vegetable and soda dinner option for children 12 and under, however they will honor the request for older teens as well if desired. Please made the notation/request on your RSVP card.
Yes! TradeWinds offers 100% Gluten-free dinner options - just make your requests known to Ben and Rosalie in advance via the RSVP response card and/or directly to either of them, and they will make arrangements to ensure you are served accordingly.
Yes, a room block has been reserved for the Martin/Hagel Wedding at the TradeWinds (www.tradewindsresort.com), which has extended a reduced starting rate (for a standard double room) of $195/night (daily resort fee of $45 is included) for Thursday, August 31; Friday, September 1; and Saturday, September 2. Based on the limited number of block rooms available, and the fact that it is Labor Day Weekend, guests are strongly encouraged to book early.
We're old school, so we kindly ask that you use the self-addressed, stamped card and envelope provided with your invitation as your official RSVP. Please be sure to send it back to us by July 15, 2017 and don't forget to indicate the meal option for each of the guests in your party. Note: gluten-free, as well as children's meal options for kids age 12 and under also be available upon request.
