FAQs

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to either Ben or Morgan or any of our parents!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by July 1st. We must get final numbers in and let the catering know your choices so please do so in a timely manner!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your love and well-wishes are the most important gifts of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, our registry is linked on this website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1 PM. The gondola ride takes 20-25 minutes to get to the top of the mountain. With the amount of people that will be loading onto the gondola, we ask that you arrive to load no later than 12:20-12:30!

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will end around 1:45. We are encouraging guests to make the most out of their visit to the top of the mountain! The Bistro 14 bar is located inside the Eagle's Nest where you exit the gondola. You can enjoy a drink or a snack at the top while taking in the beautiful views. Cocktail hour at the bottom of the mountain starts around 4 pm, so just make sure to start heading down around 3:30-3:45!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our reception space is quite limited, therefore for our special day we have decided to keep our wedding adults-only! We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special weekend getaway!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be any transportation provided to any of the events. While not all of the events are walkable, the Vail Bus system is fantastic and you may use it to get to and from events. You may not drive and park at the golf course for the welcome party due to limited parking availability, so please take the bus to and from this event!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones dressed up for the big day! The dress code is garden formal, both the ceremony and reception are outdoors and it can get chilly in the evening. Block heels would be best for a heel choice, due to the reception being in a grassy area.
