Cocktail Attire
Join us for a come and go style welcome party with drinks and light appetizers! Stop by before or after dinner to pick up your welcome bag! Parking is not available at the golf course, but you can take the bus from any location in Vail or Lionshead Village! Please see the East Vail bus map on the Gallery + Maps page on how to get there!

Garden Formal
Guests will take the Eagle Bahn Gondola to the top of the mountain for the ceremony. You do not need to purchase a ticket, ushers will be at the bottom of the gondola handing out lift tickets! The gondola ride takes around 20 minutes so we ask that you board the gondola no later than 12:30 to make it up in time. We urge you to stay up top afterwards to enjoy a drink at Bistro 14 in the Eagle's Nest, take pictures and explore the beautiful views!
4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
After the ceremony, guests will take the Eagle Bahn Gondola back down to the base of the mountain and will join us for cocktail hour at Lions Square Lodge prior to the reception! Both the ceremony and reception areas are outdoors, with the reception being in a grassy area. Skinny heels for woman may not be the most comfortable option!

Join us after the reception to continue the party at Chasing Rabbits nightclub! Drinks, late night snacks, music, and old arcade games are all apart of the fun! You can walk (would not suggest in heels) or take the Intown bus! The Intown bus stops at 1:30 AM so plan accordingly!
