FAQ

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

When you go to RSVP, any names attached with your family are welcome to join us.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 3:00 pm, sharp. Please ensure you leave with enough time to spare incase of traffic as to not disturb the ceremony. We would appreciate our guests arriving and finding their seats no later than 2:45 pm. At 2:55 pm an announcement will be made for everyone to be please be seated if not seated already and to silence and put away all electronic devices in anticipation of the ceremony. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be allowed onto the premises until after the conclusion of the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes there is! We would appreciate that all guests dress in formal attire. Formal wedding attire sits between cocktail and black tie on the wedding dress code scale. It's slightly more elevated than cocktail attire and a touch less dressy than a black-tie nuptial. Men would be expected to wear suits and ties while women, dressy separates or formal dresses would be acceptable. To aid the look of our photos, we request everyone dress in blue tones. If blue is not feasible, neutral tones will work as well.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please solidify your seat at our wedding no later than January 27th in order to join us. We will need to give our final headcount to our caterer so unfortunately late RSVP’s will not be able to attend.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will not be allowing any plus ones. We are hoping to have an intimate day surrounded by people we know and love. We will only have enough food and seating for those formally invited.

Question

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception inside.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible! On our RSVP page there is an option to let us know that you won’t be there.

Question

Where should guests park?

Answer

The venue is on a lot of property. You will see where there are other cars parked.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes and no. During our ceremony we request that it be a cell phone free event. Megan Janeiro is an extremely skilled photographer and will be ensuring the best photos are taken. We want you all to be present and enjoy the moment with us. Please keep all electronic devices turned off and put away. During the reception if you’d like to have your phones out for photos, you’re welcome to. We only ask that you don’t get in the way of the photographer. We will be sharing tons of professional photos to social media later on so you will all get to see them! Any pictures you post, please include #becomingcochran so we can see them all!

Question

I still have questions, how can I reach you?

Answer

Please feel free to text the mother of the bride, Tracey Toth, for any further questions. She can be reached at (386)-585-2585.
