Things To Do
The Art Institute of Chicago
One of our favorite museums in the city. We have spent HOURS exploring it! (Hot tip, make sure to check out the Thorne Miniature Rooms located on the lower level of the original wing. It's one of the bride's favorites and truly a can't miss exhibit.)
Lakefront Trail
Between running, bike riding or simply wandering, we have spent hours walking all sections of this trail.
Chicago Riverwalk
One of Ben's favorite places to run in the summer.
Shedd Aquarium
We love seeing all of the fish and other aquatic animals. The beluga whales and otters are a fan favorite!
Lincoln Park Zoo
A free zoo on Chicago's north side. We love walking through the zoo and having picnics in the gardens outside of it.

We know this might be controversial to some, but this is our FAVORITE pizza place in the city. Get the thin crust extra crispy (trust us).
