I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in San Francisco?

Answer

We hope you spend a wonderful time in San Francisco so we compiled a list of some our most memorable places to visit near the city! You can view our 'Things to Do' tab for ideas and locations. Google also can help out by searching for best things to do in SF.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is closed gated and with security.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we've made our Target registry available under our 'Registry' tab. For our family and friends who have enquired about a monetary gift, we created a Newlywed Cash Fund accessible to you on the "Registry" Tab!

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Yes! Absolutely there is. Please, if you haven't done so; decline the invitation in the RSVP section as soon as you know it wont be possible for you to attend. We will be then share a link with you where you can still celebrate with us online!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! You may take and share photos from our wedding and share on your social media. We would love to see the photos you take so don't forget to tag us! (@soviews @benjicolon)

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. We also have a color palette for guests to follow! Our color palette includes earthly warm tones. You can view our color palette it on your invitation and also on our 'Schedule' tab where we give out details about our wedding day.

Do I need to follow the Attire Color Palette?

Answer

As you probably already know, the bride is a huge fanatic of color palettes! In this very special day, it has been one of her dreams to paint a beautiful wedding day, and be surrounded with her favorite people and her favorite colors! What a wonderful combination! We would absolutely love for you to be part of our real-life painting, so join into the fun, and check out the colors given on your invite to come dressed appropriately!

Do you have a hotel locked for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a specific hotel booked off for guests. You are free to pick the hotel of your choosing. You can stay in San Francisco which is 40 minutes away from the venue, or choose to stay closer to the venue by in Plesenton CA.

Where and when are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Hacienda Las Flores, Moraga CA at 2:30pm. Please make plans to be 15 min early since you will be asked to wait outside after the ceremony is finished if you arrive late. If you are coming from San Francisco, there will be traffic on a Monday afternoon; we encourage you to add some extra time to your commute!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only (14+) event. We want this to be a special evening where you can relax, and celebrate with us. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Therefore, only the names listed on the invitation are the invited guests. For better clarification, the total number of guests was provided in the invitation, Ex: Ben & Susan, 2 guests. Total number of guests: 2. You must RSVP for every name listed.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Latest by January 10th. If you (along with all family members, or guests included on your invitation) do not RSVP by this date, we will unfortunately count you as 'Declined', and you will not be able to attend our wedding.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It is winter 2023, so we encourage you to come prepared with a jacket or coat as it can get chilly in the evening.
