We are so excited to welcome our out-of-town guests and can’t wait to celebrate together in Aggieland!
Guests may fly into either Houston (IAH or Hobby) or College Station. If you are able to find a direct flight into College Station, that will be the most convenient option — however, only a few airlines currently service this airport.
We have reserved a hotel block at the Best Western Plus College Station Inn & Suites located on Arrington Road. This is the closest hotel to our venue and is about 20 minutes away.
We have booked a complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and back. Please see the Venue Shuttle Service page for more information.
Even if you choose to stay elsewhere, you are welcome to Uber to the Best Western and join the shuttle at the designated pickup times.

This is where we have a Hotel Block set up (and DISCOUNTED RATES). To book you will need to call the hotel rather than booking online. You can call 979-704-6444 to book the rooms but you will need to mention "Mayerhoff/Corneloup wedding" and you will receive 22% off per night (plus tax). Please let me know if you have any questions!
