Flight

O'Hare International Airport

O'Hare International Airport is the largest airport close to the reception venue. It has access to the CTA Blue Line train station which can take you directly to the Fulton Market district where Formento's is located. Car rental companies are also available, and there is a wide selection of hotels nearby the airport.

Midway International Airport

Midway International Airport is an alternative option to O'Hare International. The CTA Orange line with connections to the Pink or Green lines will drop you off almost right in front of the reception venue. Rental cars are also available at this airport.

Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel

Ben stayed here for several nights for a business conference years ago, and it was a very comfortable stay. Located right next to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago mall. There are convenient airport shuttles every 15 minutes to and from the hotel. Pickup located at Terminal 2 Arrivals, door 2C. There is a $46/night parking charge.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago O'Hare Airport - Rosemont

Convenient and free shuttle about 5 minutes from O'Hare, runs every 30 minutes from 3:30 am-1:30 am. Also close to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago mall. Parking a car here costs about $39/night.

Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare

Complimentary shuttles every 30 minutes to/from the airport with pickups at Terminal 2 Arrivals, door 2A. Hotel has a restaurant inside. Other nearby food options include Giordano's, Small Cheval, and McDonald's. Parking cars here will cost $30/night.

Train

CTA Train Lines

To use the CTA train system, go to the Ventra app to get a free virtual Ventra card and put in money for train/bus rides. Single-ride and one-day Ventra tickets are available at Ventra Vending Machines at all CTA rail stations. It cost $2.50 for each train ride and $2.25 for each bus ride. All transfers between trains and/or buses are free up to 2 rides within a 2-hour period.

Driving to the Venue

From O'Hare Airport, drive to I-190 E into I-90 E all the way to downtown Chicago. Take exit 51E for Monroe St. From Midway Airport, drive towards I-55 N via Cicero Avenue, then take exit 292A to merge onto I-90 W into downtown Chicago. Take Exit 51D for Madison St.

Parking at Venue

There will be valet parking available at the venue, which will have already been paid for. However, because valet parking in the Fulton Market area is limited, we highly recommend coming together with others if possible! Parking garages are also available on 922 W. Washington, 906 W. Randolph, and 114 N. Green St. Apps like SpotHero are good for booking in a pinch. Less recommended, but there is metered street parking all around the area, but they typically have 2-hour limits and cost about $5/hr.
