Hotel
All reservations must be made through the provided link. Please note that a deposit is required by November 1st, and the final payment is due by February 5th. If you have any inquiries regarding bookings, reservations, flights, or dining options at the resort, please contact Melanie Garder, our travel concierge. Melanie is very knowledgeable and is more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. Our room block is reserved for the dates of 11th to 16th. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, but you are not obligated to arrive on the 11th.
Flight
You are responsible for arranging your own flight to Cancun, Mexico. While Melanie, the travel concierge, can answer any questions you may have, she is unable to make flight bookings on your behalf.
Travel Note
The transportation to and from the resort will be arranged by the travel agent and is already included in the price. There's no need for you to organize your own transportation. You can refer to the booking website for more details.
