Kayla met Jenna on her first day of college and they have been incredible friends ever since! They both love wine, laughing, food, wine, snacks, matcha, did we say wine?! Jenna is the person who can always convince Kayla that she can make it up another hill, and since she lives in San Francisco, she knows a thing or two about hills. Jenna is the best plant and dog mom and Kayla can't wait to have her right by her side for the big day!
Casey Chemer
Best Man
Casey and Ben lived together in Chadbourne and from the beginning, a bromance was born! Though Kayla might be a little jealous (we all know who the true third wheel is), Kayla owes Casey for introducing her to the man of her dreams! Their mutual interests are too numerous to list, but the Red Zone Bar Trivia, Marvel movies, computer building, video games, Great Lakes fish and Badger football are just a few to get you started. Ben couldn't imagine having anyone else by his side for the big day.
Kelsey Bright

Kayla and Kelsey met on "Galentine's" Day (Feb 13th) through a mutual friend in college and clearly, that was a sign, because they were definitely soul sisters! Kelsey lives in beautiful Nashville, which is great because Kayla loves hot chicken. Kayla and Kelsey have bonded for years over Parks and Rec, Brooklyn 99, as well as their various food allergies - though this never stops them from ordering milkshakes, and tacos.
Michael Chemer

Michael and Ben met in college and quickly bonded over shared hobbies. While not in class, the two of them would commonly be found playing video games, learning about fish, or broadening their horizons through trivia shows. Among their love of fish and the Great Lakes, they also found a mutual appreciation for the song and the story of the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald.
Katie Schamburek-Reinboldt

Katie and Kayla have been friends for over a decade, and with the list of inside jokes that they have, you can definitely tell! Their last names were near each other, so all throughout middle and high school, they had lockers right next to each other and thus a friendship was born. Katie is an incredible artist, as well as a Shakespeare lover, coffee fanatic, and a pug mom x2 (we wish Mustard and Grumble could join us!).
Nicholas Mack
Groomsman
Nicholas and Ben became fast friends after meeting early on in their careers out of college. Nicholas is quite musically inclined, and you will almost certainly find him showing off some skills on the dance floor. Being a fellow Wisconsin Badger, Nicholas is always ready to watch and cheer together with the bride and groom.
Ashley Dykstra

Ashley and Kayla go way back... oh wait, Kayla's whole life because Ashley is her older sister! Ashley is an incredibly talented makeup artist and esthetician! She is the mom of the two most wonderful and adorable boys on the planet. We promise that the bride is not biased, even though they are her nephews ;). Kayla can always count on Ashley for her fashion sense, knowledge of hard seltzers, a good movie, and being the life of the party.
Luke Waldmann

Luke and Ben met as coworkers in their first jobs out of school, with Nicholas too! They bonded over their shared interests in music, computers, and tabletop games, which the two play on a weekly basis along with others. Luke can always be counted on to provide some wise words of wisdom and to provide extensive knowledge on his favorite topics.
Emily Lingeman

Similar to Ashley, Emily and Ben go way back too... because she is his big sister! Emily works in clinical research in Chicago and though she is a Doctor now, she will always be Emmy to the groom. Emmy and Ben may not have everything in common, but they both love trying new restaurants, traveling across the globe, and of course, the Wisconsin Badgers!
Andrew Peterson

Andy and Ben go way back as well, as Andy is Ben's Step-Brother! The two can often be found discussing mutual interests, namely beer and bourbon. Recently, Andrew and his wonderful wife Emily welcomed a beautiful baby boy to the family, and the Bride and Groom absolutely adore him.
Christine Krupa

Christine and Kayla met at a networking event through their work, and instantly knew they were going to be great friends. Kayla can always count on Christine for a good time and be ready at a moment's notice for tacos and tequila :). Christine's love of her life, besides her husband Dalton, is their beautiful cat Thor, who provides much joy to everyone he meets!
Tom Jauquet

A close friend of the groom and the bride, Tom has been a part of our lives since the beginning of our relationship! From the early college days of Chadbourne Residental Hall, Kayla and Ben met Tom separately, but always knew we would be friends together! We also wish that Tom's cat, Hamlet could join us for the festivities, but for now, you will all just get to see his picture! We couldn't think of a better person to help us tie the knot.
