Where should I park?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is free street parking surrounding the venue but it is very limited. There are also multiple public parking garages within walking distance. There are hotels within walking distance if you choose to stay near the ceremony venue. *Give yourself plenty of time to find parking! For the reception, the venue offers validated parking and allows you to leave your car overnight. There are hotels within walking distance if you'd like to stay near the reception venue.

How will I get from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

There are ubers readily available for you or you can drive! Please keep in mind that traveling from the ceremony to the reception venue will occur during rush hour on a Thursday! Please take this into account when planning your day and plan for a 45 minute drive time. There will be plenty of time in between the ceremony and the reception to accommodate this drive!

Is there a bathroom at the ceremony site?

Answer

There are no bathrooms at the park itself, but there is a public bathroom 0.3 miles/ 5-7 minute walk down the way at the La Jolla Children's Pool.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Colorful cocktail attire is requested. Think fun colors, textures, and patterns. For women, think colorful dresses or jumpsuits. For men, think dress pants with a dress shirt, fun colorful ties or blazers!

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

No, we do not have a room block. We wanted to give our guests the option to stay where it is most convenient for them!
