Please make sure you have RSVP'd on the RSVP tab so we know how many people will need a hotel room and transportation! We will provide more detail here once it is all figured out.
If you are planning on using the shuttle, the pick up and drop off location will be at the hotel we blocked below. Since rideshare may not be available at the venue due to limited cell signal, we would recommend taking the shuttle regardless of whether you are staying at the hotel. From the hotel, rideshare will be very reliably available to get you to where you are staying.

This is where we got our hotel block. It's very nice, clean and close to downtown and the venue. If you are using the shuttle service, pick up and drop off will be at this location. We blocked out mostly King Suites (1 king bed and 1 pull-out bed to sleep 4) but also blocked a handful of 2 Queen Suites (2 queens & 1 pull-out bed to sleep 6). The rates are $139/night for a King Suite and $159/night for the 2 Queens. The link should take you directly to those rates, but if you see a different rate try using group code CHTSOW.
