What is the attire?

Answer

We don't have a specific dress code, wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident. We ask that you avoid shorts, jeans and t-shirts. If we had to label it, we would say to dress anything between semi-formal and formal. The temperature at this time of year in the canyon should be beautiful, but may get chilly in the evening. For ladies deciding on shoes - be aware that the ceremony area will have grass, but all other areas at the venue are large pavers or paved stone/concrete.

Is parking/valet available?

Answer

Yes, parking and valet is available and free at the venue. According to our venue, valets do accept gratuities.

Will there be transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we are working on gathering the amount of people who will need transportation. We are planning to have shuttles bringing those that need transportation up to the venue to arrive at 5:30 (likely pick-up time would be 5:00, more detail to come). For leaving the venue, we are planning to have available shuttles leaving from 9:30 until the event ends at 11:30. We will provide additional information once everything is finalized.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Please go to the Travel tab for information on the hotel and a booking link. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at this location.

Will rideshare (Uber/Lyft/etc.) be available to/from the venue?

Answer

Due to the location in the canyon, rideshare may be expensive or unavailable. If you don't have your own mode of transportation, we recommend using the shuttle service. Please notify us in your RSVP if you will be using this.
