Sky Harbour Airport/Phoenix-Mesa Airport
Phoenix has two international airports that service out of town visitors. Phoenix-Mesa Airport (AZA), which is a smaller airport south east of the city and the larger and most popular airport Sky Harbour (PHX). For most guests you will be arriving at Sky Harbour airport which services most major cities in Canada. From Sky Harbour you can easily rent a vehicle, reach public transport or hire an Uber to get to your accommodation in Surprise, AZ.

There are many options for ground transportation starting from Sky Harbour International Airport (PHX). Sky Harbour has a wide range of car rental companies that offer every size car that best suits your needs from a small compact car to large SUV. Arrange your rental car through any one of the most common travel booking sites (I.E Expedia or Priceline) Another easy and convenient option for ground transport are the various car services that are available in Phoenix. Uber and Lyft are two of the most common car sharing companies that operate in Phoenix and remain the most cost efficient way to get around town. Note: if planning on using a car service such as Uber or Lift you will need a smart phone and download the app for each respective company. Simply download the app, sign up and order your ride when you land in Phoenix. For those looking for a truly unique experience hire a Waygo and get to surprise in an autonomous self driving car. There is public transportation that can get you to Surprise from Sky Harbour but it is a combination of bus and train which requires some transferring. Travel time using public transportation will add 30 min to 1 hour to your trip to Surprise.
