They are Crime Junkies, the fourth Haim sister, and of course Jan asked Marissa to be her Wifey before Ben could ask Marissa to be his wife. Jan and Marissa may be an indecisive pair but their friendship is a no-brainer.

Jess and Marissa met in college. It feels like a lifetime ago! SO MUCH has changed over the years. From friendships and crazy jobs to moving across the country. Marissa is just glad to have Jess back in the same time zone and within reach for a giant hug! Through it all, one thing remains true. Marissa can always count on Jess to have her back.

Dominique is Marissa’s cousin but has always proudly worn the title of Big Sister. Marissa has always looked up to Dominique and continues to do so as she sets a wonderful example of what it means to be a confident woman and a devoted mother. Their love is unconditional even if she used to torture Marissa occasionally!

Who knew a simple conversation at a skeeball tournament in New York could change someone’s life? While neither of them won the tournament, they left with a life long friendship filled with spin classes, lots of plants, and some lofty dreams of one day being neighbors who spend their weekends crafting. Katie is someone you can always depend on. Unless you’re waiting for her to respond to a text, then you’ve got to wait a while. Just know she’s sorry and doesn’t love you any less!
Kori

One summer night on a booze cruise, Kori and Marissa celebrated a mutual friend’s birthday without knowing that one day they would become such good friends. They didn’t even know the other existed at the time! Flash forward to the present, not even a pandemic could stop these two from their annual vacation and waterfront spin classes.
Kyle
Brother of the Bride
Kyle is Marissa’s biggest little brother. He was her first baby and is the reason she has so much patience with children. This rambunctious kid has become a loving young man and makes her feel old every day.
Bobby

Bobby & Ben first met through the Suffolk Voice during their freshman year and whilst enjoying covering sports together, their friendship grew as they rose through the ranks of the Voice. When Ben became Editor In Chief, Bobby was his right hand man. Now, Bobby is his go-to for all comic related items and is probably playing Call of Duty with him as you're reading this.
Efe

Even though Efe may have gone to Latin School, these two became friends through a high school trip to Montreal and bonded over warm Corona's while listen to the Dipset Anthem in their hotel lobby at 3 AM in the morning. Then going to college together surely made the bond grow closer and they were many things but never Down & Out.
Joe

Joe is Ben's cousin and really is the little brother he never had as they were inseparable growing up together. Every weekend was spent either trying to catch em all or saving the Princess from the castle and he's part of the reason Ben decided on that 1-UP mushroom tattoo in the first place, is to remember those times.
Johnny

Johnny's been one of Ben's skeeball pals for a while now, but outside of Thursdays at the Greatest Bar they've been going through the gauntlet: whether it's the occasional fiesta in Johnny's old South Boston pad, enjoying the highs & lows of three & four team teasers, deciding which house to rent for a week in the Summer, or getting Ben to like 14.6% stouts, their friendship has risen as fast as Dogecoin with nowhere near the amount of volatility... save for a phone charger incident or two.
Manny

Manny is one of Ben's first friends from Latin Academy. From arguing over the same girl, to then literally every sport that happened from 2004 on, they've dissected it either in person, on AIM, MySpace, text threads. You name the form of communication, they argued on it. He still decided to stay friends with Ben despite his rare appearances to Worcester & Connecticut no matter how many times Manny has asked. Yet he absolutely knows that when it's needed, he'll be there.
Wes
Groomsman
Wes is also one of Ben's closest high school pals and certainly has been the one to push each other out of their comfort zones. He's the one who yelled at Ben to go to Montreal again so he can finally experience it. They've certainly been to almost every club & practically every bar together before Wes finally listened to Ben & left the city of Boston. Wes is certainly a very organized and cleaner gentlemen but for one reason or another, he's always barging in places looking for napkins.
