Question
What do you recommend we wear to the wedding?
Answer
By wedding dress code standards, we are going for "Cocktail." We want our guests to dress up for the occasion and feel comfortable. Feel free to wear your preferred dress length and lose the tie and/or coat if you're wearing a suit.

What is your policy on children at the wedding?
Answer
We love your children but have chosen for our wedding ceremony and reception to be an adult-only event outside of our wedding party (our precious nieces and nephew). You are encouraged to bring your children to our "Field Day" event on Saturday.

What is parking like at the venue?
Answer
There is a lot available for parking and street parking will also be an option. We highly recommend carpooling with a designated driver or using a ride share service to safely arrive and depart our event. Your safety (and convenience) are our priority!

This "Field Day" on Saturday...what is it?
Answer
We wanted to spend as much time with our guests as possible and so we've rented out space at a local Des Moines park to do just that. We'll have yard games, team games and more for you to enjoy. It is a come-as-you-are and when-you-want-to event. We invited you to attend our wedding because that is most important to us. Think of this as a bonus day add-on if you want to!
