Hands down, our favorite restaurant in the city. Cozy, old school Italian. You can't go wrong with the Bucatini Carbonara (Lindsay's favorite) or the Cappellacci All'Aragosta (Ben's favorite).
Chicago Architecture Tour
A great way to see the city and learn more about its history. We've both been on this tour several times with friends and family who have visited and can't recommend it enough.

The best cake donut you'll ever eat.
Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!
Great for big groups! Spanish-style shared tapas and sangria. For something a little closer to the hotel block, check out Lil' Ba-Ba-Reeba in River North (slightly smaller menu but still includes all of their best dishes). Be sure to make a reservation early - they fill up fast!
The Art Institute of Chicago
Considered to be one of the best art museums in the world. A great way to spend an hour (if you're Lindsay) or all day (if you're Ben)!
Pequod's Pizza
A little different than the classic Chicago deep dish you'll find at Lou Malnati's or Giordano's, we stand by that Pequod's has the best pizza in the city.
Lincoln Park Zoo
A free public zoo in the middle of Lincoln Park. One of our favorite things to do on a beautiful fall day.
